Settings: Make sure that under “options” the peak picking method is set to “GSD”. The spectra will be stacked in the order they appear in the column, with #1 being the bottom spectra and moving upwards. Select all of the spectra in the left hand column, and then click go to Tool > Stack Spectra. Drag a box around each group of equivalent protons. To do this, go to Analysis → Multiplet Analysis → Manual (or just hit the “J” key). The easiest one is to use the Multiplet Analysis tool.
